We would expect nothing less! One of the main drivers of failed hiring processes is not involving others. Too often, we see hiring managers trying to "go it alone," resulting in a hire that might have seemed great at first, but eventually disappoints other stakeholders or even the hiring manager themselves. 


You should definitely employ the help of others in your organization. On each hiring team there are defined roles for others who can help you to create and strengthen your Job Cipher, source and screen candidates, and conduct candidate interviews. Additionally, we strongly recommend involving your Human Resources or Talent Acquisition partners in this process, and have a unique role specifically for them.
