Is HireBest an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?

Not really. While it's possible that you could use HireBest for tracking qualified applicants through the interview process, HireBest does not collect applications or connect to job boards in the way traditional ATSs do. 

That said, we employ many of the same process tracking and collaboration mechanisms you'll find in most modern ATSs. 

Additionally, we currently integrate with many popular ATSs to make it easy to bring your existing jobs and candidates into HireBest. 

We like to think of ATSs as the muscle behind your hiring process, collecting lots of applicants and pushing as many as possible through to some sort of outcome, whether that means the candidate was filtered out or eventually hired. There are many great options out there, and we are not particularly interested in competing in that game. 

HireBest, on the other hand, is the brain behind the process. Once a candidate has attracted enough attention as they are pushed through the ATS, Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition staff and Hiring Teams can use HireBest to collect valuable data about the candidate that will ensure that they make the best hiring decision possible.
