A panel interview is an interview conducted by 2 or more interviewers at once. The interview questions can be assigned to individual interviewers on the panel, who will ask the questions they are assigned in turn:
Each interviewer will collect their own set of interview data, where their assigned questions are flagged with an orange header.
After the panel interview, each interviewer will complete their own Cipher Rating Form.
