Hogan Personality Assessments are a valuable input that provides a way to predict future performance using
characteristics that are universal attributes, are constantly validated for hiring purposes, and do not discriminate based on age, gender, ethnicity, geography, etc.

When used in conjunction with HireBest, Hogan Assessments can provide additional valuable information regarding a candidate's suitability for a role.

The assessments are based on leading academic theories, from which assessments and 360 feedback surveys are collected from thousands of people. The scores and 360 descriptions are then matched up (i.e., what do people who score this way have in common, and what differentiates them from people who score differently) allowing a description of how a person likely shows up, based on how they score.

Hogan Reports are the output that Hiring Managers and TA Partners will receive for a candidate. Each report contains a disposition for the candidate, which will either be "Recommended / Not Recommended" (in the case of General Employability reports) or "Low Fit / Moderate Fit / High Fit" (for all other Hogan Reports.
