How do Hogan Assessments work?

Once Hogan Assessments are enabled for your organization, users will be able to select from a menu of possible assessment types when creating new Hires within HireBest.

Then, after candidates have been added to a Hire, Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition (TA) partners will be able to request the selected Hogan Assessments from the "Assessments" tab on the Candidate page, using the "Choose Assessment" dropdown menu, and clicking "Order Hogan Report".
(All requested Hogan Assessments must be approved by designated users within the requestor's organization.)

Once approved, an email containing a link to the Hogan Assessment portal will be emailed to the candidate. (NOTE: please ensure that the candidate's email address is correct, and that permission to email the candidate has not been revoked.)
Additionally, Hiring Managers and TA Partners will see the order and current status listed in the "Assessments Ordered" table.
When the candidate has completed the assessment, the report will be automatically delivered to HireBest, and will be available in the "Completed Reports" table. Click the link to view the report.
