How long should we expect to spend interviewing each candidate?

We recommend that each interviewer spend at least one hour with the candidate, covering the roles that they have been assigned from the candidate's past experiences. 

This may mean that the candidate spends multiple hours meeting with different members of the Interview Team! This may seem overwhelming for organizations that are new to having a structured process for hiring. But, by spending the time up-front to collect better data to evaluate the candidate, you can save many multiples of that time (and money!) that you may have spent managing a bad hire.
