Can I re-use a Job Cipher for a different hire?

You can. The video above provides some food for thought if you are considering this.
We've made it easy to re-use existing Ciphers with the Job Cipher Library.
On the Hire page, under the "Job Cipher" tab, you'll see a button labeled "Create Job Cipher". Click this and you will see up to four options (if you have any previously created Ciphers in your Library.)
Click "Choose Existing" to peruse your Job Cipher Library:
Click the "Preview" button to review an existing Cipher, and then "Copy this Cipher" to copy it to the new job.
